Design Brief: This is a self-initiated project for a food ordering app designed to enhance the user experience with intuitive navigation, meal customisation, and faster repeat ordering. The goal was to streamline the journey from discovery to checkout while keeping the interface clean and user-friendly.
Responsibility: Led the entire design process including user research, competitor analysis, defining user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, UI design, creating a design system, writing microcopy, and conducting usability testing to validate key interactions.
